City Hall
City Hall is an automation tool for managing City of Heroes/Ouroboros content deployment. It stages new files, runs the binning process, validates required assets, backs up live data, and deploys finished content to the correct client, server, CityVault, and launcher folders.
City Icon
City Icon converts image files into City of Heroes .texture files. It supports power icons, login screen backgrounds, and full folder conversions, making it easy to prepare custom artwork for use in City Hall and the wider deployment workflow.
PPD Backup
PPD Backup is a server backup utility for City of Heroes/Ouroboros files. It creates automatic ZIP snapshots, keeps a backup history, supports restore/redeploy workflows, manages retention, and can sync backup files through cloud folders like OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox.
