Why the Council Exists

The Clockwork Council is built to preserve practical technical knowledge that is often scattered, undocumented, or lost over time. Its purpose is to make discoveries reusable, searchable, and easier to understand for future creators working with City of Heroes data, custom content, and server tooling.
